Specialty Classes We Offer
Specialty classes are offered as a four, five or six-week series.
Group class packages are not applicable when attending a specialty class.
Prenatal yoga helps expecting mothers relax and adjust as their body changes through the different stages of pregnancy. Additionally, this class helps prepare for the process of labor and delivery, while also connecting to your growing child. Our next five-week series begins January 11 and ends February 8.
*Prenatal Yoga is not recommended for women who are in their first trimester of pregnancy*
This class will also be held virtually for those who are not able to join us in the studio. Students will need to download Zoom before beginning the class.

Mommy andMe Yoga
Designed for postnatal mothers, Mommy and Me Yoga allows for a gentle ease back into exercise after the birth of baby. This soothing class incorporates gentle yoga postures for moms as well as music, massage, and playtime for baby. This class will be held as a five-week series beginning Friday, January 15 and ending February 12. Classes are 45 minutes and designed for ages 6-weeks to crawling. *It is recommended to wait 6 weeks post-delivery before taking this class, 10-12 weeks if baby was delivered via Cesarean Section*

Children derive enormous benefits from yoga. Physically, it enhances their strength, coordination, flexibility and body awareness. Mentally, it has proven to help relieve stress through breathing techniques and relaxation. This class is designed for ages 4-12 and will be 45 minutes.
Children's Yoga is not currently on our schedule, but we hope to bring it back soon!
This time in your Tween’s life can be stressful, exciting, and busy. This hour long workshop style class is for girls ages 10-14. We will work on body awareness, flexibility, strength, and calming techniques along with a fun affirmation activity! This class is a great compliment to your active Tween’s lifestyle and helps promote positive body image!
Classes are held once a month.

Beginner Yoga 101 Series
In this 4-week series of Yoga for Beginners, we will learn the fundamental principles of posture, breath and movement. Each week we'll build on the foundations of yoga asana (physical postures) while working toward feeling safe and confident enough to join a general vinyasa style yoga class. This 4 week course is the perfect introduction to yoga and a great way to kick off 2021!

Intro to Ashtanga Series
Learn a new style of yoga in 2021! In this series students will learn the fundamentals of the Ashtanga yoga practice and will be guided through the initial asanas (physical postures) of Ashtanga. Ashtanga is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners!
The classes will meet once a week and all levels are welcome. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
