Thai Massage with Kathy, Toni, or Dana
This 60-90 minute massage treatment is performed with no oils and the recipient is fully clothed. As a recipient, you will lie on a cushion or soft mat as I move your body around in different positions to help you stretch your muscles. These movements include a blend of stretching along with static and rhythmic pressures and includes rhythmic movements.
This form of massage follows different energy lines within the body. These lines are activated by pressing and stretching the entire body. This may include pulling on the limbs, fingers, toes, ears, cracking knuckles, walking on the back and/or feet and moving the body into several different positions. The massage is a standard series of movements and I, the giver, will adjust to the your, the receivers, needs.
This technique is a great alternative to traditional massage. It is also a great opportunity to open energy lines within your body and realign mentally and physically.
